A few more cards

So catching up I don't think I've shared these card either so in no particular order here goes.
The zebras were stamped and masked and then the background done over the top and the masks removed. Simple but effective and I love the quirky stamp too.
Another quick and easy card and a great way to use up some of those paper scraps I know you all hoard.
Fell in love with this card at Stamperama so bought the stamps and made two cards in different colours.
Doesn't really show in the picture but the grass has been stamped twice, cut out and added to the cup to create depth.
Butterflies are always a favourite in classes so I use them quite a lot.
Leaving the background flowers in just colour and no detail proved too hard for some of my classmates lol but they all looked beautiful when finished.
Last but not least a beautiful, simple card made extra special by using a 300gsm card and mat. Gave it a bit of class I think.
Well that's it from me today. Scrapbook pages from Tuesdays class tomorrow. x

Card Class examples Thursday 22nd March

I've been a bit slow putting the card examples on the blog but I am making up for it today. These are the four cards we made on Thursday. I have photographed them flat so that those of you who want to make more can see all of the detail.
Like this one best. Simple and suitable for youngsters as well. The splats are from a Tim Holtz die coloured in using Distress Oxides. Great fun.
Free stamps from Making Cards magazine this month and they are really usable. Great wording and a lovely girly stamp. Think I will be using this stamp set for a few birthdays coming up.
Plain and simple for class but can easily be made more colourful by adding more butterflies and/or flowers. And lastly
It is only as I am writing this that I realised the circle holding the camper van has not been put on straight lol. I make all of the cards using repositionable Herma so that they can be taken apart and put back together. Should have checked it first lol. More tomorrow x
